This brand-new property consists of two beautiful adjacent twin villas, each featuring a pool and sun deck in a meticulously maintained garden, shared relaxation areas, and the option of on-site parking.

The two villas that make up B&B Villa EraGea are connected by a staircase but are completely independent. The property is fully fenced and secure.

The bed and breakfast is located in a residential area, next to a fragrant pine forest: an area of high environmental value. The two villas are nestled in spacious, meticulously maintained gardens, each featuring a beautiful pool and a fully equipped sun deck where guests can enjoy pleasant moments of peace and relaxation.

The pool area has full high-speed internet coverage. The atmospheric lighting in the evening creates a particularly soft and relaxing ambiance by the pool. Furthermore, you can swim even in the fall and spring, as the pool is partially heated during the months of April, May, and October.

The bed and breakfast consists of two modern twin villas (Era and Gea) with innovative designs, complete with all amenities.

In Villa Era, on the basement level, there are 2 standard rooms and 2 superior rooms, the latter overlooking the inner courtyard; in Villa Gea, there are 7 rooms available for exclusive rental as a single residence.

Overall, therefore, the Villa EraGea B&B offers rooms all equipped with private bathrooms featuring spacious showers, hairdryers, a minibar, linen service, air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi or cable internet.

Connecting the rooms is a spacious living area with a TV and a sofa.
